We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for tours booked through Scotland Highland Trips.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• 7+ days before tour: Full refund

• 3–6 days before tour: 50% refund

• Less than 72 hours: No refund

To cancel, please email info@scotlandhighlandtrip.com with your booking number.

2. Changes by Customer

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the tour.

3. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather, driver illness), we may cancel a tour. You will be offered:

• A full refund

• OR the option to reschedule

4. No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

5. Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a partner platform (e.g., GetYourGuide), their cancellation terms may apply.
